When I baked my
first batch of delicious desserts as the owner of Cupcake Heaven in
2011, I realized a lifelong dream.
I grew up watching my mother,
grandmother and great grandmother bake traditional Italian desserts with
wholesome ingredients. I relished the opportunity to knead dough, blend batter
and press toppings. I vividly recall how clinking cake pans, flying flour and
an ambrosial aroma aroused my senses. It was confectionary heaven.
These days, I aspire to recreate
the sights, sounds and smells of homemade goodness for my clients in bite-sized
gourmet cupcakes. I embody my family’s legacy in my scratch-based recipes, with
a fine attention to detail and a commitment to confectionary perfection. Every time
I sift, whisk and frost, I create desserts that celebrate my heritage and
