Payment Policy
- Please be courteous and don't be late. Pick ups and deliveries are scheduled accordingly and late charges will be added to your final invoice starting at $30 per 1/2 hour. Please book a time that you can pick up for.
Full payments are required with 24 hours to secure the date and book the order
- Payments are not refundable. Cancellations may be made 3-4 weeks prior to date of event.
- Credit/debit payments made through Wave are subject to a 6% service fee.
-Inconvenience fees are applied to your invoice for late payments starting at 7% first day and 3% per day afterwards until balance is paid.
ALL payments for custom orders are NONREFUNDABLE.
I am a home based cake designer, while I am happy to apply your payment for a future order, I do not give cash refunds for any custom orders. From the minute you place your order, I immediately make multiple investments to ensure that your cake will be completed, some of which include: turning down other potential orders, spending time properly planning the execution of your design, and purchasing necessary tools and supplies.
When you make a payment for a cake, that is a commitment on your behalf, and I will hold you to it, just as you should hold me to our commitment of delivering your cake as I committed.
All Payments MUST be made according to schedule.
As I stated before, creating custom orders requires a substantial investment on my behalf, and failure to meet payment deadlines exposes me to losses that I can’t afford as a home based cake designer. Therefore if you fail to pay for your order as scheduled I may not be able to complete your cake.
For large custom orders like wedding cakes, a half payment is due two months prior to the event date, and a full balance is due two weeks prior to event date.
Until you place your full payment NONREFUNDABLE date , I can not guarantee availability for your date.
Upon ordering a cake, to secure your spot on our schedule, I require full payment . Placing this payment guarantees that I will be available to make your cake on your selected date.
